Online Cosultations

Whilst there are no plans to move the practices, change the contact details or any staff, we are seeking to enhance services, for our patients.

Our staff will be accessible by phone, by text, online and in person.

We aim to help all patients at all sites in having more efficient access to help to solve both on the day problems, and more chronic issues. This means that our GPs across all four Surgeries will have more time to see more complex patients with chronic issues.

Our practice will be staffed by a mix of skilled Clinicians, allowing the right help to be given to the right patient, at the right time.

We continue to engage with our stakeholder groups, who have expressed support for our aim to improve access to services by utilising more mixed skilled clinicians in our merged 4 practices.

We have conducted a Quality Impact Assessment and an Inequality Impact Assessment. Both assessments demonstrate that our planned merger will provide the highest quality of care for all of our patients across all four GP Surgeries. Patients of any of the 4 practices will be allowed to be seen at all of the 4 Practices:
