Appointments (Telephone Triage first)
We do not operate a walk-in appointment service
Please try our ONLINE services page, before thinking about an appointment. You may find our ONLINE services page can solve your problems more efficiently that a practice appointment can.
We now operate a Clinical Telephone Triage system. All requests for GP appointments, will be booked for a telephone call from our of our triaging clinicians.
The aim of out telephone triaging system to solve patients problems, on the same day by the same person.
Only if an examination is required, will face to face appointments be organised for patients, with an appropriate clinician. (This may not necessarily be with a GP)
Call back appointment can be made by telephoning the surgery on 0208 902 4792. Alternatively you may book a call back appointment online via the link at the top of this page.

Please cancel your appointment if you cannot attend it. This allows others to be seen. Our DNA (Did not arrive) policy means that if you miss more than 3 appointments we will invite you in for a special meeting with the practice manager and one of the GPs.
Seeing a Practice Nurse
A Practice nurse is available by appointment. Their role includes advice on many aspects of general health care, and also provides the following checks:- Blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, coronary heart disease checks, child immunisations, advice on foreign travel, contraception, well woman/man health checks, new patient checks, cervical smears and advice for pre and post menopausal women.
Please note that our practice is no longer able to perform ear syringing. Please ask reception about remedies available over the counter at the pharmacy.
We refer to the nursing team at the Sudbury hub for wound dressing and post operative stitch removal , so ask reception for more details.
Cancelling Your Appointment
If you have booked an appointment but later find you no longer need it or are unable to attend please telephone the surgery and cancel so that another patient can be offered that appointment. You can also cancel your online booked appointment by Online Access.
